Privacy, Process & Professional Boundaries
At LISH & CO., we work with brands that value strategy, design, clarity, and long-term growth. Every project is handled with a structured process, professional communication, and a clear agreement before work begins.
We believe strong creative work needs trust, privacy, and mutual respect. That is why every collaboration follows defined terms, clear timelines, protected concepts, and transparent deliverables.
Our process is designed for serious founders, growing businesses, and premium brands who are ready to invest in better identity, stronger visuals, and meaningful market presence.
Client Policy
We work best with clients who respect the creative process and understand that branding is not only design — it is business positioning.
Before starting any project, we clearly define:
| Area | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Project Scope | What will be included, delivered, and worked on |
| Timeline | When each stage will be shared and completed |
| Payment Terms | Advance payment, milestone payments, and final handover terms |
| Revisions | Number of revisions and what counts as extra work |
| Usage Rights | How final designs, visuals, and content can be used |
| Confidentiality | Client information, brand ideas, and project details stay protected |
| Communication | Professional updates, approvals, and decision-making process |
Terms & Conditions Direction
Your terms should feel strict but premium. Not angry. Not defensive. Just very clear.
Main Points to Include
1. Advance Payment Policy
All projects begin after the advance payment is completed. Work, concepts, research, strategy, or design drafts are not shared before project confirmation.
2. Scope Protection
Only the services mentioned in the approved proposal are included. Any additional work, extra design, extra shoot, extra revision, or new direction will be charged separately.
3. Revision Limit
Each project includes a fixed number of revisions. Revisions are for refinement, not complete redesigns. A new direction after approval will be treated as new work.
4. Timeline & Delays
Timelines depend on timely client feedback, approvals, and content sharing. If client-side delays happen, the final delivery timeline may shift.
5. No Refund After Work Starts
Once research, strategy, design, shoot planning, or creative work has started, payments are non-refundable.
6. Creative Ownership
Final approved work belongs to the client only after complete payment. Unused concepts, rejected designs, drafts, moodboards, and internal strategy remain the property of LISH & CO.
7. Portfolio Rights
LISH & CO. reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolio, website, social media, pitch decks, and case studies unless an NDA or private agreement is signed.
8. Communication Policy
All project communication should stay professional and respectful. Delayed feedback, unclear approvals, or repeated direction changes may affect the project timeline and cost.
Privacy Policy Direction
Your privacy policy should protect both the client and your agency.
