It started the way most great things do, without a plan.

Two college students, one chai stall, and a conversation that wouldn't stop. Divyesh had just designed a logo for a small brand, his first ever. It was quietly perfect. And somewhere between the steam rising off those clay cups, the idea took root.

We didn't launch an agency that day. We just started learning. Every evening after class, we were back at it, reading, researching, digging deeper. A year of that quiet, obsessive groundwork. Real projects came in. The work was good. But the strategy wasn't working yet.

So we made a decision: stop doing work without a name. We called it Lish & Co, gave our conviction a home, and everything shifted.

That was 6 years ago.

Today, Lish & Co is a team of 50+ people working every day to make brands look like they mean it. We've had our falls. We've had our rises. Through every single one, we've shown up, improved, and delivered for the clients who believed in us first.

We haven't forgotten what that belief felt like. We carry it into every project.
